Twelve years ago I took a turn in my life, left stressful office and IT world and entered bodywork, wellness and wellbeing world.
Today I am an LMP, certified in Pre- and Perinatal Massage, Birth and Postpartum Doula CD(Dona, PALS, NAPS), and Dancing for Birth Instructor. I love it!
Assisting families in pregnancy, preparation for childbirth and witnessing birth of a new life is joyful and most rewarding experience.
I am mother of two children, both naturally born. I will never forget the birth of my children and I know that this is true for every women. I am dedicated to make your birth and postpartum experience as joyful as possible for you and your family.
Beside passion for assisting women in pregnancy, childbirth and carrying for newborn baby, I love dancing, art and travel.
In my free time I enjoy camping, hiking, skiing, roller-skating, volleyball and oil painting.
On a sunny day you may spot me roller-skating with my daughter (27) along Alki Beach ,or camping in Olympic National Park or Lake Chelan State Park, or, in winter, going downhill at Stevens Pass. These are my favored places to go,…beside going to the birth or newborn baby, of course.
